Travel Report for trip to Geneva, Switzerland (5/2/00-5/10/00)
There are two receipts missing from the attached travel report.
The first is for a prepaid rental voucher from Hertz Rental Car. At the time
that I rented the car at the Geneva airport, I turned over the prepaid voucher
when I picked up the car. Upon returning the car, I was told that they would
only provide a receipt for the additional charges incurred in Geneva and not
for the prepaid portion of the automobile rental. Attached to this report is
my original credit card statement showing the charge of $216.00 for the rental
car, as well as the receipt I received for the additional charges.
The second missing receipt is for a dinner meeting in Geneva, Switzerland on
May 5, 2000. I have lost the original receipt from the restaurant. Attached
to this report is my original credit card statement showing the restaurant
charge of $94.43. I have completed a hosting form for this and for one other
meal where I hosted the same individuals (and for which I have the receipt).
